The editorial was about Madonna’s attempts to recreate herself through Lola in a clone like way.</p> <p>This was the final idea we ran with of Lola performing Like a Virgin (as she did actually in real life recently), and I tried to purposely make her look quite plastic/fake or ‘clone-like’ i guess.</p> <p>For the first time in how long I didn’t paint anything for this, not by choice but due to that I’ve had some computer issues after the initial sketch and my scanner was out of action.</p> <p>I’ve also attached a barbie like approach I also did to hint the clone/fake/plastic, which I’m unsure of which they ran with.
